At Handbagg Studio, your satisfaction is our priority! If something isn’t right with your order, don’t worry — we’re here to help make it right.

Refund Eligibility:

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging are included
  • You provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

 Non-Refundable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Perishable items (like food or flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

Want a Different Item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
You can return your item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

How to Request a Refund:

To start a refund process, simply email us at info@handbaggstudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

Once approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions.

 Note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

 Return Shipping Policy:

We accept returns in both cases — whether it's our fault or a change of mind. However, who pays the return shipping depends on the situation:

  • If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping charges.
  •  If the customer changed their mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a receipt for your records.

 Once We Receive Your Return:

  • We’ll inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take longer to reflect in your account.

Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address by mistake, contact us immediately at info@handbaggstudio.com.
We can only fix it before your order has shipped. After dispatch, we’re unable to make changes.

You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
